Content Policy

Effective September 23, 2026

This policy sets out what can be sold, posted and said on Trading Post — in listings, product files, reviews, the forum, messages and support tickets. It forms part of our Terms of Service and adds detail to the acceptable use rules there.

1. Products you may not sell

  • Malicious software: malware, credential or token stealers, backdoors, or anything that runs, sends data or spends money without the buyer's knowledge.
  • Tools for abuse: products built to break into systems or accounts, evade security or moderation controls, spam, scrape personal data, or impersonate real people.
  • Guardrail evasion: jailbreaks or other products whose purpose is to get an AI model to break its provider's usage policies.
  • Other people's work: leaked, scraped or resold prompts, code or content you do not have the rights to sell, including material from another paid product.
  • Personal data: datasets or files containing other people's personal information.
  • Illegal or harmful content: anything illegal where you or the buyer live, sexually explicit material, and content that promotes violence, self-harm or hatred.

2. Listing rules

  • Describe accurately what the buyer receives: the files, what they do, and what they need to run.
  • Disclose any third-party service, API key, paid subscription or model the product depends on.
  • Sample outputs and screenshots must be genuine results from the product as sold.
  • Do not promise specific earnings, results or outcomes you cannot back up.
  • Keep each version's changelog honest. Do not ship a new version that removes what buyers paid for.
  • Do not use a listing to send buyers elsewhere to pay.

3. Reviews

  • Review only products you bought, and describe your own experience.
  • Sellers may not review their own products or their competitors', or offer anything in exchange for a review or for changing one.
  • Do not use reviews to harass a seller or to settle a dispute that belongs in a refund request.

4. Forum, messages and tickets

  • No harassment, threats, hate speech or personal attacks.
  • Do not post anyone's personal information without their permission.
  • No spam, repeated self-promotion or unrelated advertising.
  • Do not ask to pay or be paid outside Trading Post for anything found here.
  • Do not impersonate other users, sellers or Trading Post staff.

5. Reporting

Use the report options on forum posts, comments, listings, orders and private messages to flag content that breaks this policy. Reports go to Trading Post administrators. For copyright complaints, follow the process in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.

6. What we do about it

We may remove content, unpublish listings, withhold reviews, or restrict, suspend or close accounts that break this policy. How we respond depends on how serious the problem is and whether it has happened before. We may act without notice where there is a risk to users, such as malware. If we remove a product, buyers may be refunded at our discretion under the Refund Policy.

If you think we got a decision wrong, email [email protected] and explain why.
